How long does a grooming session typically take?
Grooming appointments generally take anywhere from 30 minutes for our express service to around 3 hours depending on what you choose and how your pet behaves. If your fur baby is particularly excited or a bit shy, we may need to extend the session slightly for their comfort.
What should I bring for my pet’s appointment?
You don’t need to bring much! Just your fabulous pet and their favorite toy if they have one. We'll provide everything else, including treats and love, of course! If your pet has any specific grooming products they use, feel free to bring those too.
Can I watch while my dog is being groomed?
We value safety and a calm environment for grooming, so we ask that you drop your pet off and return to pick them up afterward. We promise to send you lots of updates whilst in our care
Do you guarantee satisfaction with your services?
Absolutely! We want your furry friend to leave feeling fabulous. If you're not completely happy with their grooming, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to make it right. Your pup's happiness is our top priority!

For your reassurance, we have CCTV cameras in the salon and we are trained in animal first aid. Our salon is fully insured to cover every furry guest.
